Green Lotus respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to register participants, communicate about events, and improve our programs. Personal information is stored securely, is never sold, and is only shared when required by law or with your permission.

Privacy Policy

Confidentiality Policy

Green Lotus is committed to creating a safe and respectful environment. We encourage all participants to respect the privacy of others and keep personal stories shared during events confidential. While we ask everyone to honor confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that participants will always do so.

Parent Consent & Liability Waiver

All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the required consent forms before attending Green Lotus events. Parents acknowledge the nature of our programs and accept responsibility for their child's participation.

Photos and videos may be taken during Green Lotus events for educational, promotional, and community purposes. Images of minors will only be used with signed parent or guardian permission. Families may opt out at any time.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

Treat others with kindness and respect.
Listen without judgment.
Help create an inclusive and welcoming environment.
Refrain from bullying, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
Follow instructions provided by Green Lotus staff and volunteers.

Failure to follow these expectations may result in removal from an event.

Green Lotus staff, volunteers, mentors, and licensed professionals are committed to participant safety. If there is reason to believe a participant is experiencing abuse, neglect, or is at immediate risk of harm, appropriate authorities may be contacted as required by law.

Medical Disclaimer

Green Lotus provides peer support, educational programming, and wellness activities. Our programs are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. Participants experiencing a mental health emergency should seek immediate assistance from a qualified healthcare provider or emergency services.

Mentor Requirements

To help provide a safe environment for participants, all Green Lotus mentors are required to:

Complete a Green Lotus mentor training program before volunteering.
Successfully pass a criminal background check.
Follow all Green Lotus policies and safeguarding procedures.
Maintain professional boundaries and act as positive role models.
Report any safety concerns involving participants immediately.
